Refunds and Exchanges

We take pride in providing top-quality wigs and products. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges. To ensure you get the perfect look, please double-check your length, texture, size and color before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, returned, or refunded.

Same Day Pickup

We’re excited to offer same-day pick-up for local customers! Once you place your order online, you’ll receive an email notification as soon as it’s ready.

  • Orders placed before 5 PM are typically ready within 1–2 hours.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be ready the following business day.

Processing and Shipping Times

All orders will be processed in 3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout and will arrive in 2-5 business days.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders through USPS. Once your order is received and processed, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way. Need your glam faster? We also offer rush delivery options for those last-minute spotlight moments.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided during the checkout process. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, holidays, mishandling by the carrier or undeliverable addresses. Undeliverable addresses include packages that have incorrect or missing information, are refused, or returned to sender. There will be an additional fee to reship returned packages.
